Mark Levin is an American lawyer, author, and radio personality. He is the host of syndicated radio show The Mark Levin Show, as well as Life, Liberty & Levin on Fox News. Levin worked in the administration of President Ronald Reagan and was a chief of staff for Attorney General Edwin Meese. He is chairman of the Landmark Legal Foundation, has authored seven books, and contributes commentary to various media outlets such as National Review Online. On September 1, 2015, Levin became Editor-in-Chief of Conservative Review.

8/29/25 - The Great Tariff Debate: Courts Challenge Trump's Authority
On Friday's Mark Levin Show, a federal appeals court ruled that President Donald Trump’s use of emergency powers to impose tariffs was unlawful, which is absolutely ridiculous. This decision could disrupt trade agreements with countries like the EU, Japan, and South Korea which is not what Trump wants. It also puts at risk tariffs aimed at China, Canada, and Mexico, which were intended to curb fentanyl shipments in border traffickings. In addition, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has made the decision to prevent Palestinian leaders, such as Mahmoud Abbas, from participating in the forthcoming UN General Assembly. The genius of Rubio asserts that this action is in accordance with U.S. laws that oppose Palestinian statehood and impose penalties on the Palestinian Authority for financially supporting those convicted of terrorism. This decision effectively denies visas to high-ranking officials from both the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization, although personnel at the UN mission will still be permitted to remain. Lastly, a group of Democratic influencers were offered $8,000 a month to join a secretive program run by Chorus, a nonprofit tied to a liberal marketing platform. These influencers are a problem; therefore, we demand to know how much make so we can put an end to their political funding.

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the United States is one of the most religious countries in the world. We have the freedom to practice any belief we would like, thanks to the Declaration of Independence. American society distinguishes between faith’s role in personal life, community, and government, recognizing it as a moral and psychological foundation that influences behavior and promotes civility. Christianity, while the majority faith, does not seek governmental control, allowing faith and reason to coexist and enrich personal and societal development. The Democrats want the opposite, this is why they are losing more support now than ever. In addition, the probe into John Bolton escalated during the Biden administration when U.S. intelligence acquired foreign espionage data indicating he improperly handled classified information. Officials say the case had already progressed independently and reflects a broader inquiry into national security practices. The left is claiming that this investigation is just a political attack, which is rediculous and not surprising. Also, Gov. Gavin Newsom is not the best Governor this country has ever had. California used to be a great state, but the left ran it down and destroyed its economy, the safety, and the ideology of the people with left-wing garbage. Lastly, David Bozell mentions about a poll that 99% of the American people are tired of crime in big cities, especially the blue cities. Later, Sen Chuck Schumer and Democrats are blocking President Trump's nominees, confirming only 135 out of over 1,000 senior-level appointments through dilatory tactics. Republicans are eyeing rule changes or recess appointments, because this defies voters' mandate.

8/26/25 - Why Are Americans Turning Away from the Democrat Party?
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the question media pundits keep asking: what is happening to the democrat party? What happened is that the people have learned a great deal about the Democrat Party and its ideologies over the years and they don't like it. Ideas do have consequences. Educating and reading remain crucial. Unfortunately, too many people with microphones and TV cameras have forgotten about this. Scholarship, history, philosophy still matter. They have always mattered. It's called getting back to basics. Getting back to our founding principles, beliefs, and values, and exposing those who seek to pervert, undermine, and destroy them. Also, the American people elected President Trump in a massive landslide, saving the country from four more years of destructive policies like open borders, anti-military degradation, and campus marches chanting "from the river to the sea." We should not be complacent in the midterms. Also, the U.S. has offered to provide intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), command and control, and air defense assets to support a European-led security plan for postwar Ukraine, including participation in an air shield and no-fly zone enforcement. This includes US aircraft, logistics, and radar to enable European troop deployments, while monitoring ceasefires via superior satellite capabilities. This is necessary. Later, Democrats support violent criminals, while Trump is quickly controlling crime in Washington, D.C., by enforcing the law with police backed by the National Guard. Finally, by 2040 Islam could surpass Judaism as the nation's second-largest religion. America's Christian foundations—rooted in individual liberty, personal responsibility, and devotion to God—are eroding due to silence and fear.

Afterward, On Power explains that negative power, particularly its soft form, exists in both open and closed societies and is increasingly prevalent in democracies like America. It emphasizes that a universal order—encompassing nature, morality, values, and beliefs—precedes, transcends, and outlasts all governments, which are temporary human constructs imposing limits on individuals. Humans are not inherently subjects of rulers or governments but are governed by an unamendable supreme law. Valid governments must align with this universal order, while soft negative power persists in civil society (via laws, customs, or social contracts like Locke's) to maintain order, prevent anarchy, and protect individual liberty—even in the best governments. People vote for tyranny, then when it takes hold, it’s too late - that’s what will happen if Zohran Mamdani becomes Mayor of NYC. Finally, Yael Eckstein, president of the International Fellowship of Christians (IFCJ) and Jews calls in. In Syria, partnering with the Israeli army, IFCJ has provided thousands of food packages and established medical clinics for targeted Christians and Druze. 8/21/25 - Trump's Law and Order: Cleaning Up D.C. and Beyond
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson of the Ben Ferguson Podcast fills in for Mark. President Donald Trump is the law-and-order president. Crime in D.C. is out of control. Trump strategically uses D.C. to demonstrate rapid crime reduction via federal intervention, pressuring Democrat-run high-crime cities like Memphis, Chicago, St. Louis, and Baltimore—listed as America's most dangerous—to seek similar help. However, many mayors refuse due to Trump derangement syndrome. These Democrat-controlled cities could be transformed with proper law enforcement accountability and presence; they just have to ask Trump for help. Also, a top IRS lawyer, Anthony Sacco, was placed on administrative leave following a Daily Wire report highlighting his history of far-left advocacy, including calls to resist Trump and pack the Supreme Court. The Treasury Department is investigating as part of efforts to depoliticize the IRS, with Senator Tom Cotton calling for Sacco's immediate firing. Later, finally we have real justice. A NY appellate court has overturned a $500 million civil fraud penalty against Trump in a case brought by AG Letitia James. The court ruled the penalty was an excessive fine, violating the Eighth Amendment, which Mark Levin explained a year ago. Finally, the Trump administration is on track to deport over 400,000 undocumented immigrants in its first year.
