The City of La Mesa is getting started on a massive road construction project that will last several months.
In the next few weeks, crews are going to begin removing weeds, striping and anything else that could get in the way of patching or replacing sections of roads.
Sealing cracks will take place in August and September. After that, crews will re-stripe streets.
