According to the Associated Press, someone in Southern California purchased the winning Mega Millions ticket.

The California State Lottery said a single ticket sold at a Chevron gas station in the Woodlands Hills area of Los Angeles matched all six numbers that were drawn on Friday night (January 28).

The winning numbers drawn were 3, 16, 25, 44, and 55. The Mega ball was 13.

According to AP, the winner has not yet claimed the prize. Lottery officials say the ticket holder has one year to come forward with the winning ticket.

A player in Ohio also matched all five white balls and played the Megaplier to total $3 million in winnings.
